welcome to health care at home from the previous few episode we are talking about osteoporosis. let me tell you an easy remedy to fight with osteoporosis i.e almond milk. almond milk (badaam ka dudh) almond contains an oil & that oil contains flavonoids. which protects us from the damage of free-radicals. almond milk contains potassium, manganese, magnesium. they increase bone-density also improves growth of the bones. in result we have strong bones & less possibilities of osteoporosis.
let me tell you how to consume almond milk. soak either a handful or 1 glass of almonds in water for overnight. next morning peel them and blend with 1/2 cup water. now add 1 tsp honey with 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder & blend it once again. once its blend well, you can consume it once in a day. or if you want you can sieve it and can consume it once in a day. follow this remedy regularly & you'll see that now you can easily fight with osteoporosis. let me tell you second method if you are using almond. peel the overnight soaked almond and blend with 1 glass milk.
now add pinch of saffron, green cardamom & dry ginger powder take a pinch of all 3 ingredients and once again blend it well. if you'll consume this twice in a day, to an extent you'll be able to fight with osteoporosis. another ingredient is dry plum dry plum contains copper & borrone which are very essential for the strengthening of your bones. according to florida university's 2011 report this fruit is very much beneficial for the overall health of your bones. as in it contains such anti-oxidants which helps to fight with osteoporosis. eat 2-3 dry plums regularly for 10 days.
and you'll notice that you'll be much capable to fight with osteoporosis. an another effective remedy which i'll name is sesame seeds why sesame seeds are effective, because it has much amount of calcium & essential nutrients in it. you'll get vitamin k, phosphorus, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium & vitamin d. that's why this remedy turned out to be very effective. how to use this? dry roast 1 tbsp sesame seeds & next morning chew it and have it with empty stomach. or you can dry roast sesame seeds, grind it and make its powder after that mix it in a glass of milk & consume it twice in a day. and you'll see that you are able to fight with osteoporosis.
