welcome to health care at home today we'll talk about osteoporosis. its a common disease in which your bones becomes weak. and there are higher chances of bones fracture. with the growing age capacity of bone's growth & repair becomes low. fractures are its symptoms that you might have fracture in your wrist, spinal cord & hip bone. if no solution is done for this problem then it might can covert into rheumatoid arthritis or cpod. people who smoke hevily & drink regularly face this problem and people who are on long term medication they also face this problem.
today i'll give you some tips, home remedies & name of some food items if you start using them the the possibilities of osteoporosis will be very low. the first thing which is required is flexibility. if you have flexibility in your bones then the possibility of osteoporosis will be low. for this you have to do exercise, as its very good for your over all health. and the health of bones also the part of your over all heath. so if you'll do exercise then the health of your bones will be good & chances of osteoporosis will be low. you should regularly do moderate exercise. if you can't do exercise then you can play tennis or do walking as exercise.
do balancing exercises, do stretching like stretch your every joint and bring flexibility in it. to tadasana, you can do any type of exercise,you can do aerobics. if you will regularly do these exercise for10-15 mins then it will help you to cure if osteoporosis if you're suffering from it. and with regular exercise possibilities of osteoporosis will be very low. let me tell you a remedy which is coconut oil its an very effective and a natural remedy to fight with osteoporosis. it has such compounds which are capable to reverse the loss of bone density due to osteoporosis. these compounds also improve the structure of your bones. they also increase the absorbing capacity of calcium and magnesium of your body.
in result your bones are strong and you are able to fight with osteoporosis. you have to consume 1 tsp of virgin coconut oil, its basically the juice of dry coconut. if you want you can grind a dry coconut into a grinder. after grinding take it out in piece of cloth & press that cloth to take out its oil. although the quantity will be very less but you may consume it. or if you'll try virgin coconut oil in the market, you will get it easily. daily consume 1 tsp virgin coconut oil also massage your whole body with coconut oil leave it for 20 mins and then take bath.
if you will use coconut oil in cooking then also within few days you'll be able to fight with osteoporosis. as a second remedy i will name something which is available at your home i.e. coriander leaves & seeds. usage of both of these ingredients are very much helpful to fight with osteoporosis. coriander contains iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese which are very necessary for your healthy bones. so you have to use coriander seeds & leaves . put coriander seeds in one glass boiled water,cover it and leave it for 10 mins. after 10 mins sieve this water and consume it. similarly you can put coriander leaves in boling water and can consume it
